  • What is your pet policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.


    All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

  • What Types of Apartments Are Available?

    Livano Oakwood offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts and modern finishes.     Yes. Livano Oakwood offers reserved resident parking and private garages for additional convenience. Our community also features electric vehicle charging stations, making it easy to charge your EV close to home.


  • What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?

    Livano Oakwood residents have access to Hall Area Transit’s WeGo service, an on-demand public transportation option serving Oakwood, Gainesville, and communities throughout Hall County. Riders can request a shared ride through the WeGo Powered by Via app or by phone and meet their vehicle at a nearby virtual pickup location, providing convenient connections to destinations throughout the Gainesville-Hall County area.


  • What School District Serves Livano Oakwood Apartments?

    Livano Oakwood is located within the Hall County School District. Nearby public schools include Oakwood Elementary School, West Hall Middle School, and West Hall High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
